This seems like a good time to focus on the energy of magic. Here are some things I am doing to have a relationship with the joyful energy of magic.
I practice gratitude different ways throughout the day. Before I go to sleep I reflect on the day and feel gratitude as I fall asleep. When I wake up I go for a joy walk. After dinner I write the highlight of my day in my 5 year journal.
